Both Lisbon and Porto seems to have an alarmingly high rate of empty abandoned (and sometimes even hollow) houses, right in the middle of downtown neighborhoods. This was also one, seemingly uninhabited, that some company was trying to sell, while (presumably) someone else decorated with a scantly dressed mannequin. Ok, scantly-dressed is a slight overstatement :P

Or, it might be the marketing department resorting to the age-old cliché of sex sells ... who knows.
