In what tv show/movie does the mistress hide in the closet while he has sex with his wife?

I'm trying to think of a TV show episode or movie I saw recently but I can't remember what it was and it's been driving me crazy. The male character has been having an affair and his mistress is in his office. His wife surprises him at the office unexpectedly and he makes the mistress hide in the closet. The wife convinces him to have sex. Afterwards, the wife leaves and the secretary comes out of the closet and, disgusted with him, ends the relationship. What TV show/movie is this?
