What do you think about the commercial that tell us (parents) to talk about sex to our children?

I agree with it but there are 4,5,6,9 yrs old kids that watch this. Probably they haven't ask about what is sex and by listening to this they start with the questions don't you think so too. My children ( 6 and 10 yrs) have watch this commercial but they don't ask anything. If they don't ask do we still have to explain what the commercial is about?
